Global Voice Connect Solutions Corp ("we", "us", "ARIA HR") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered HR platform at ariahr.ai.
ARIA HR complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, and applicable data protection laws.
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account data: Name, email address, profile photo (when signing in with Google), company name, and role within your organization.
Candidate data: Names, email addresses, CVs/resumes, interview recordings, voice analysis results, emotional intelligence scores, and evaluation reports submitted by your organization through the platform.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device information for analytics and service improvement.
Payment data: Billing information processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers directly.
We use your data to provide and improve our services, including AI-powered voice interviews, CV analysis, candidate scoring, and emotional intelligence analytics (ARIA EQ™). Specifically:
To operate the platform and deliver the services you requested. To analyze candidate interviews using AI and provide scoring and insights. To generate reports and analytics for your hiring decisions. To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates. To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
ARIA HR uses artificial intelligence to conduct voice interviews and analyze candidate responses. This includes speech-to-text transcription, natural language understanding, and emotional tone analysis through our ARIA EQ™ module.
Voice recordings are processed by our AI infrastructure to generate interview scores and insights. We do not use voice data for lie detection. Our emotional intelligence analytics measure communication patterns, confidence, and engagement — not truthfulness.
You may request deletion of any candidate's voice recordings and associated analysis at any time.
We share data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our platform:
Cloud infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) for authentication, database, and hosting. AI services: Anthropic (Claude) for AI analysis, with OpenAI as fallback. Voice services: ElevenLabs and Retell AI for voice interview delivery. Payments: Stripe for billing and subscription management.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share candidate data between organizations.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Candidate data from completed hiring processes is retained for 12 months after the position is filled, unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of specific candidate records at any time through the Privacy & Data settings or by contacting support.
Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to:
Access your personal data and receive a copy (available via Settings → Privacy & Data → Export). Rectification of inaccurate data through your account settings. Erasure of your account and data (available via Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account). Portability of your data in a machine-readable format (JSON export). Object to processing of your data for specific purposes. Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication (Firebase Auth with optional Google SSO), role-based access controls, audit trails, and regular security assessments. Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform with SOC 2 aligned practices.
